How Skyy Tech handles website visits, beta email updates and company inquiries.

This notice describes the Skyy Tech company website and beta email updates. Our tutoring product is still in development; signing up for updates does not create a tutoring account.

Who operates this website

Skyy Tech is an Ohio limited liability company based in the United States. For questions about this website or your information, contact hello@skyytechhq.com.

Age guidance

The email signup and contact forms are intended for visitors age 13 and older. If you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian to contact us using their own information. Please do not send private records about a child through these forms. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it and arrange deletion as appropriate.

The long-term goal of serving learners of different ages does not mean that a tutoring service or child account is available on this website. Age eligibility and parent or guardian involvement for the future product will be explained before access opens.

Beta email updates

When you use “Get beta updates,” your email address and subscription consent are submitted to Sender, our email platform. The form requires a consent checkbox and email confirmation through double opt-in. Sender can hold an unconfirmed signup while confirmation is pending. We use confirmed subscriptions to share development news, beta invitations and product announcements.

Sender processes subscription status and technical information associated with form use and email delivery, such as IP addresses, timestamps and delivery failures. Depending on email settings and your email software, it may also record email opens and link clicks. Open tracking is not a reliable record that a person has read an email.

Embedded services and browser information

The signup service loads when you open the beta dialog. Its form is provided by Sender and uses Google reCAPTCHA to help limit automated submissions. These providers may process device, browser and interaction information and use cookies or browser storage. The form may load fonts from Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection when that section is near the viewport and the delivery service is configured. Turnstile processes browser and interaction information to verify submissions. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The website’s fonts and artwork are hosted with the site. We have not connected a separate website advertising or analytics service.

Company inquiries

You can email hello@skyytechhq.com. Email links open your email application. Your email provider and our Proton Mail inbox process your address, message and any attachments so we can respond. Contacting us does not subscribe you to beta updates. See Proton’s Privacy Policy.

When available, the contact form sends your name, email address, selected topic and message through our Cloudflare Worker and Sender’s transactional email service to our Proton company inbox. We use this information to respond to your inquiry; it is not added to our newsletter list by the contact form. Sender may retain message content and delivery logs according to its service settings. We retain correspondence as needed to handle the inquiry and related follow-up.

We do not maintain a separate contact-message database on this website or intentionally log submitted message bodies. Cloudflare processes request metadata for hosting and abuse prevention; rate-limit keys use a keyed hash of the network address. If delivery is unavailable, your typed details stay in the page so you can retry or email us directly. Please avoid submitting sensitive educational, financial or health records through this general inquiry form.

Hosting and external links

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, requested pages and response details, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Social-profile links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Your subscription and choices

You can choose not to open the signup form and contact us by email instead. Browser settings can limit third-party cookies or storage, although this may prevent an embedded form or security check from working.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Unsubscribing stops future marketing messages; limited consent and unsubscribe records may be retained to respect your preferences. We keep subscription information to provide updates and manage the list. Unsubscribing does not automatically erase past contact inquiries or provider delivery logs. To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your email address, contact hello@skyytechhq.com.

This website does not offer learner accounts, tutoring sessions or payments. Product-specific privacy information will be provided before those services become available.
